Tangarra played a pivotal role in lobbying to obtain a very successful outcome for this key site along Parramatta Rd, Homebush. The eventual approved yield of 150 apartments, designed by Platform Architects, exceeded the planning controls and set an architectural precedent for the changing face of the area.
