RAYMOND YOUNAN - CEO

Raymond has been in the building industry for over 35 years, working his way from the tools, through to management. Supervising the development of over 2,000 dwellings and putting over 100 projects together for relevant parties. Raymond is also involved in finance and planning of projects. He has the ability to take raw opportunities and turn them into profitable ventures. His experience is invaluable when assessing risk and reward. Aligned with some powerful business people, Raymond is able to manage performance.

JAMES YOUNAN - EXECUTIVE MANAGER

James is a Certified Practising Project Manager under the Australian Institute of Project Management and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney. James has previously worked with Project Management firms acting for large clients on Residential, Commercial, Aviation, Defence and Government projects. He brings a logical, systematic and progressive outlook to opportunities at hand.
