Tangarra heavily Lobbied and consulted through the Part 3A process for approval and achieved a further extension to the licence issued by the State Government through that process. This is the largest Private Hospital in NSW ever approved.

Gross Realisation of $45 Million.

The Foundry

Located at 181 Lawson St, Darlington, NSW. The Foundry consists of 36 residential and 4 commercial units and is a conversion of an 1890's heritage warehouse building.
