Tangarra are currently working on land holdings in the Showground Precinct of Castle Hill. We are developing over 150,000 sqm of land. Working with Local Government, State Government, land owners and consultants.

Tangarra have been working for the past 18 months on a number of opportunities across the suburb of Castle Hill. Particularly within the Showground Priority precinct as defined by the Department of Planning.

The opportunities have required our involvement from sourcing, acquisition, planning, development strategy, lobbying and funding. We have been able to demonstrate our strength in the industry with successfully acquiring and developing feasible proposals on over 150,000sq.m of land holding.

We are currently liaising with local government as well as state government to obtain uplift yields that will not only fulfill the projected population growth in the area but also deliver well considered and architecturally superior homes for people.

We have collaborated with an exceptional team of consultants on this project including Stanisic Associates, Tony Owen Partners, Aleksandar Design Group and Platform Architects. All of whom have a strong presence and reputation in the industry. APP have also come on board to help develop our strategies and formally present our proposals.

We are currently finalising our Planning Proposal for the area which should yield some 8500 apartments, associated community areas, public space and infrastructure upgrades.
